With this new format the world’s leading exhibition for refrigeration technology addresses the needs of the industry on site and digitally all year round. Chillventa is thus responding to the challenges faced by companies and utilising its reach to promote the recruitment processes of experienced specialists and encourage young talent.

Interactive Job Map with high demand for technicians and engineers

The Chillventa Job Map goes beyond the boundaries of the trade fair. It is an interactive map on which employers present their companies and advertise open positions. Skilled workers can not only browse for interesting companies in selected regions, but also arrange a meeting with just a few clicks - without the effort of creating a CV or updating your application documents.
