Food Service Data Management (Fs.Da.Ma) wants to introduce a simple and easy to use solution for Ho.Re.Ca, ice-cream & pastry, farm food shops and small food stores in a concept of “Food Efficiency as a Service”. Both in new and existing stores, a simple gateway installation can connect the asset (showcase or cold room) online into Emerson cloud platform.
Once connected, data are retrieved from the asset and transfer over wi-fi network enabling the possibility for the customer to benefit of pre-defined services according to the needs.
