Description

CAREL’s goals have always been to ensure high efficiency, optimal food preservation and food safety. Nowadays these assets need to be combined with a simplified user experience to match the latest technological evolutions of the systems to be controlled, both from a hardware and software standpoint. This has been the background that has brought the development of the new solution, born from the previous MPXPRO with a long-life of inherited experience.
The new solution enriches a complete product range: from the very compact MPXzero and mid-size MPXone controllers, up to the advanced performance of the new MPXPRO.
A complete offer able to fulfill the needs of the commercial refrigeration applications like stand-alone plug-in showcases (including variable capacity compressor) and remote display cases and cold-rooms (equipped with electronic expansion valve).  All the solutions are characterized by a common family feeling in terms of HMI aesthetics and settings, making the offer scalable in terms of functionality and consistent in ease of use.
The new platform is born from the last generation hardware available in an extremely compact size with expandable capabilities that can further enhance the application potentiality to match the future needs.
More than a simple unit controller, rather a key role player in a modern fully integrated refrigeration system.
The new product stands out for its capability to precisely detect the unit working conditions, both thermodynamics and electrics, combined with a simplified interaction mode via mobile app. Through the NFC and Bluetooth technology, common across the product range, it is possible to extend the traditional HMI capability directly on a mobile device, like a smartphone or tablet, improving the ease of use.
Furthermore, the possibility to enhance the product with advanced connectivity options, allows to improve the communication performance ensuring a simplified integration into modern Building Automation Systems.
