From now on: Your stand space – Receipt of your stand space confirmation via e-mail.You will find the login data for your personal exhibitor area in your stand space confirmation, which you received by e-mail. The login data are personalized for data protection reasons. After logging in for the first time, you will therefore be asked to change the password.
If you have problems logging in to the exhibitor area, you can renew your password at any time by clicking the "Request password" button.In the exhibitor area you can access the Online ExhibitorShop and the TicketCenter.

Book the marketing-packages or exclusive marketing services you require in the Online ExhibitorShop in the exhibitor area. This will be activated for you when the stand space confirmation is sent.

Manage your voucher codes in the TicketCenter to invite your customers. You can access the TicketCenter via your personal exhibitor area.
Use the invitation management and send prepared e-mailings directly from the system to your customers. Benefit from voucher monitoring to see live who accepted your invitation. Also use the download service to promote your participation.

From July 2024: Delivery logistics for your trade fair appearance
NEW: You can book time slots for loading and unloading your vehicles via the digital trade fair logistics system TransITfair and thus benefit from improved planning, transparency and efficiency during set-up and dismantling.
