COOL-FIT 2.0 - the pre-insulated plastic piping system

With COOL-FIT, GF Piping Systems offers a unique, first-class piping system solution that includes pre-insulated piping, fittings, valves, flexible hoses and tools. The system is available in a standard version or in a version with a higher fire rating (COOL-FIT 2.0F) to withstand even more extreme conditions.

COOL-FIT 2.0 optimizes all air conditioning processes and industrial air conditioning systems for process cooling. It also helps reduce the environmental impact of your cooling or refrigeration application by making it significantly more energy efficient. Example: In a cold store, 1,500 meters of piping are used to transport liquid for the cooling system. In the case of COOL-FIT, about 100 tons less carbon dioxide is released during production and operation than with a metal system. This saving is equivalent to 446,000 kilometers driven by car.
