Product information

The CS22 D Transmitter of our reliable 22 series is an economic solution for application which require permanent monitoring of refrigerants, such as R-1234yf or ammonia, as well as other toxic or combustible gases.

It uses the chemisorption measuring method and its inexpensive sensors have a long operating life (5 years) and work for different measuring ranges, including vol %, LEL and ppm for toxic and combustible gases.

The transmitter communicates with the central controller using either an analog 0.2-1 mA or 4-20 mA) or a digital (Modbus) signal. Its hardware fulfills the European Norm for Functional Safety DIN EN 61508-2: 2011 (SIL) and its housing is well protected against the ingress of dust and water (protection class IP54).

The multicolor backlit display shows the current measured value and will turn red in case of alarms. Additionally, a buzzer will sound a loud audible alarm. Three buttons allow you to manage alarm acknowledgements and service as well as navigate the menu.
