The GMA200-MW16 controller was designed for gas detection systems with up to 16 measuring points in sophisticated applications. It is suitable for wall-mounting nearly anywhere and monitors 16 analog (0.2-1 or 4-20 mA) or digital (RS-485) transmitters, regardless of the type of gas, measuring method or Ex zone.
For safety measures, the GMA200-MW16 offers six integrated relays, which can be programmed freely (two additional ones for maintenance and fault notifications). The controller can be upgraded by another 16 freely-programmable relays using the GMA200-RT relay module. Up to for relay modules can be connected to one controller.
Hazard situations can be assessed quickly thanks to the color backlit display and 15 status LEDs. You can also use the GMA200-VS visualization software to display an even better overview of all measuring points and statuses on an external screen (e.g. TFT touch screen up to 21.5 inches).
The GMA200-MW16 can be parameterized using a PC or laptop (via USB interface) and GMAConfig software. An optional data logger records measured values, mean values, alarm incidents and faults in regular intervals for archiving and evaluation purposes.
The GMA200-MT6/16 for DIN-rail mounting is available for control cabinet installation. For smaller gas detection systems with up to four analog transmitters, the GMA200-MW4 for wall mounting is a great choice.
