High Speed Fin Press Line

JDM is the first Chinese company to produce high speed fin press line. Our fin press line serves all local air conditioning companies and many oversea partners.Structural form: four columns- dual axis- four points structure, composed of fin press host, uncoiler, aluminum foil lubrication device, rapid fin die changing device, initial feeding guide device, suction device, fin stacker, pulling device, scrap collecting device and corresponding electrical system, hydraulic system, and pneumatic system.The fin press host consists of an upper crossbeam, columns, a middle platform body, and a base, which are tightened by adding high-pressure oil. The upper crossbeam, base, slider, and middle platform are all precision castings. There are four hydraulic cylinders on the top of the main engine, which provide overload protection during operation and also have lifting function. Roller type high-precision linear guide with ultra-high rigidity and overload capacity in all four directions of the slider.
