Cold rooms are used to store goods, keep them fresh, and preserve their quality. Cold rooms are suitable for positive and negative temperature ranges.
The structural modularity allows cold room placement in almost any room.
Panel thicknesses range from 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm, or 160 mm for positive and/or negative temperature areas. Insulation panels are made of galvanized DX51D-Z275 steel sheet painted in RAL 9010 white color or stainless steel AISI 304 quality, Scotch Brite finishing, stainless steel AISI 316 quality Scotch Brite finishing or stainless steel AISI 316 circle brushed, food safety. The standard steel thickness is 0.5 mm or 0.6 mm. The panels are filled with polyurethane foam, having a density of 40-42 kg/m³.
The joints between the panels are made as a groove-tongue. They are attached to each other with cam locks, providing an excellent combination of quality grip and insulation across the entire panel. The walls are supported by PVC or metal sheeting “U” floor profiles.
