Quick and easy installation of ventilation ducts, HVAC systems, air conditioning units, cable routes and walkways on roofs without damaging the roof cladding. The components of the Walraven Yeti® mounting system
The Walraven Yeti® 480 support system for elevating installations on flat and slightly pitched roofs can be used with the Walraven RapidStrut® mounting rail system for medium and heavy loads. Two different versions allow the profile rails to be connected vertically or horizontally; when mounted vertically, the Strut rail can be rotated 360 degrees and tilted seven degrees, making it easy to choose any position on the roof. Numerous adjustment variants enable a wide range of designs, and rescheduling is easy to realise.
A non-slip anti-vibration mat dampens vibrations while ensuring optimum weight distribution and preventing damage to the roof waterproofing. Optional weight blocks are available to weigh down and stabilise the structure if necessary. They can simply be stacked on top of each other like LEGO bricks in a criss-cross pattern.
Walraven Yeti® 335, with almost the same load values and installation advantages as the Walraven Yeti® 480 version, is designed for elevating heavy installations on flat roofs and substrates. It can also be combined with the Walraven mounting rail systems.
With the Walraven Yeti® 335 frame set, an extremely high degree of pre-assembly ensures final assembly of outdoor units for air conditioning split units on flat roofs in just ten minutes.
The Walraven Yeti® 130 support system measures just 13 x 13 centimetres and is the secure base for substructures for ventilation ducts, pipes and cable trays on flat roofs.
Like Walraven Yeti® 480 and Walraven Yeti® 335, the Walraven Ursus support system for elevating walkways, ventilation ducts and other air conditioning installations also ensures that the roof cladding remains intact.
