Walraven cold clamps and insulating pipe supports

Walraven has recently started offering a complete system of insulating pipe supports. The future security, longevity and sustainability of the pipe fastening system can be guaranteed - taking into account and complying with the GEG 2024 requirements.

Non-combustibility, reduced smoke development in the event of fire, sound insulation, energy efficiency and protection against condensation thanks to thermal decoupling are offered by the flexible solutions of Walraven insulated pipe supports.

Walraven BISOFIX® MW cold clamp

• Pipe support with pressure-resistant mineral wool core for thermally decoupled fastening or to prevent energy loss and condensation (corrosion protection) of non-combustible pipe installations
• Main area of application in escape and rescue routes as visible installation (without classified suspended ceilings)

Walraven BISOFIX® E cold clamp

• Pipe support with elastomer rubber and PIR core for thermally decoupled fastening or to prevent energy loss and condensation (corrosion protection) in pipes (heating or cooling pipes)
• Main area of application: Standard insulation solution with equally high requirements for processing comfort, insulation and load value as well as water-repellent effect

Walraven BISOFIX® E+ s1s2insulating pipe support

• In the event of fire, smoke-reduced pipe support with elastomer rubber, PIR core plus intumescent layer for thermally decoupled fastening or to prevent smoke development, energy loss and condensation (corrosion protection) in pipes (heating or cooling pipes)
• Main area of application: Suitable for requirements for smoke-reduced installation solutions in escape and rescue routes or in environments with smoke-sensitive equipment in the event of fire

Walraven BISOFIX® 88 cold clamp

• Two-bolt pipe clamp firmly integrated in PUR rigid foam shell for fastening insulated pipes with particularly high load requirements
• Frequent application for large spans

Who does the range appeal to and why Walraven in particular?

With its product range, Walraven aims to make the process of building services installations more efficient. By providing its partners, especially pipework installers, with expertise, offering technical support in the project and making it easier to select the right refrigeration pipe fastening.

In addition, availability via the SHKL specialised wholesalers, and thus "procurement from a single source", will be significantly improved.
